Even if our service is not available in your area, let us know that you are interested so we can plan our future build-out areas.

Please fill out the Information or Site Survey Request form below. We will visit your location and report the results of that signal test via email. Upon you receiving a positive site survey result email, you will be asked to go to the Subscriber Activation & Account Renewal Agreement page and set up your new account. After we receive that subscriber form, we will contact you and schedule an install and answer any further questions that you may have. We will do our best to quickly answer every email inquiry we receive.

Our Installation Technicians will hook our equipment up to one (1) computer at your location. If you have an existing network or plan on hooking up more than one computer, we will hook up to your existing router or hub. Otherwise you will need to order a standard Ethernet Switch, Router or Wireless Router from us prior to our scheduled installation appointment with you. We suggest a wireless router only if you intend to hook up your computer or laptop using a "wireless" connection within your location.

Do you have a Port like this one on the back of your PC? It may be a single card as shown or a Port located near the upper left side of the back of the PC near where your mouse and keyboard plug in. It will look like a "larger" phone jack, usually with two LEDs next to it. Not to be confused with your modem that has two "phone jack" style ports side by side. You must include either a Telephone number or an Email address in order to receive a response from Us.* VERY IMPORTANT!! To guarantee that your Broadband experience with Towerwave Communications Inc. is optimized to the fullest, we ask that all to be connected customers to please make sure that they have a working PC. The Operating System should be at least Windows ME, 2000, XP or Vista with a current up-to-date Anti-Virus and Spy ware Removal program, prior to the installation of our services. If you need multiple Email addresses, we suggest that you either sign-up for a Free Yahoo, Google or similar web-based email account or inquire about our Premium Email Services before your installation. Please don't cancel your current ISP or email accounts before doing this. If your PC is not running properly or you are concerned about Virus or Spyware issues, contact Towerwave Inc. or your local computer professional for further assistance. Our Installation technicians will not be able to assist you with your PC operational issues due to scheduling time constraints without prior arrangements.
