Your current touch tone phone will work fine. The Cons
Some Towerwave Communications VoIP customers occasionally complain about call quality. Towerwave Communications VoIP customers may also experience a higher call-failure rate than traditional landlines (occasionally a call won't get through). However, these complaints are extremely rare. As with cell phone service, most customers find the benefits they get with Towerwave Communications VoIP service justify the occasional lost call or bad connection. However, 911 calls are not as reliable as emergency calls made on a landline telephone and therefore the Towerwave Communications VoIP Customers should always have a landline telephone available for 911 calls.
