Prior to your scheduled installation, please complete all the information on this page ONLY if you have verified that you can receive our wireless services and we have confirmed an installation appointment with you. Please fill out all information completely, read our Subscriber Agreement, to ensure the proper activation of your Towerwave Communications Inc. account.

Current Subscribers should renew their contract with Towerwave Communications Inc. prior to their service anniversary date of their original agreement. Renewal assures that you are protected under equipment protection warranties and service rates. If your anniversary date is not posted on your invoice, please call and we can provide it for you.

Make sure to provide us with your current Credit Card information in the event your card number or expiration date has changed.

*By selecting "I accept responsibility for the equipment" option, you must have a valid credit/debit card on file with us and understand that in the event the Towerwave Communications Inc. equipment installed at your location is damaged by any type of electrical or storm surge, your card will be charged for the replacement costs as set forth in the agreement below.

*You can also setup "Bill-Pay" through your bank to arrange payment automatically on the first of every month. Credit and Debit cards are processed the first of each month of your billing cycle. You will not receive an invoice on credit/debit accounts. Your credit card or bank statement shall be your receipt of payment. Payment by Check only on pre-approved commercial accounts only. Credit Card information will be taken over the phone or in person only.

PLEASE read the Subscribers Agreement. PLEASE be sure to clearly read and understand all terms and conditions, particularly those related to equipment warranty, maintenance and payment terms. After reading this agreement, please accept or decline this agreement. Your digital acceptance constitutes a legal binding agreement. Be sure to contact us if you have any questions about these terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE: Towerwave Communications Inc. provides services distributed by wireless radio links between our sites and your location. Please understand that wireless transmissions are subject to interference, foliage growth and some weather conditions. We cannot guarantee 100% coverage and connection speeds. Speeds will vary.
