Installation Information
Installation: The pricing listed in this document refers to a .Standard Installation." In terms of equipment, the standard installation includes any or all of the following:
* Wireless Bridge device to connect the end users CPE, (Customer Premise Equipment), to the Towerwave Communications Wireless network. (Customer Premise Equipment is detailed as: A single PC with a working Ethernet card and configured for DHCP-TCP/IP access. And/or a Firewall/Router LAN Switch/Hub. And/or a Switch/LAN Hub with one Ethernet device connected.)
* Installation of an appropriate antenna.
* A small (3') side or roof top mount, on the same structure as the CPE, to mount the appropriate antenna.
* An antenna appropriate cable up to 50' in length, lightning arrestor, and cable pigtail.
* An Ethernet or Power over Ethernet cable of up to 100' to your internal CPE (Customer Premise Equipment.) (Customer Premise Equipment is detailed as: A single PC with a working Ethernet card and configured for DHCP-TCP/IP access. And/or a Firewall/Router LAN Switch/Hub. And/or a Switch/ LAN Hub with one Ethernet device connected.)
What is included in our Basic Setup Installation?
Customer Premise Equipment and mounting bracket (property of Towerwave Communications)
Up to 50 feet of Cat5 cable between CPE and PC
One wall or floor penetration between Antenna and PC
CPE hooked up to One PC or to your existing network
Verification of the ability to browse the Internet and perform a Speed Test from your PC or our Installer's Laptop PC.
What is NOT included in our Basic Setup Installation?
Wall fish of cabling, attic and crawl space installations.
Additional cabling to additional PC's at your location.
Tripod mounts, Pole mounts, Overhead or Buried cable applications.
The Installation of any Software on your PC.
The Repair or "Cleaning" of your PC for Viruses or Spy ware.
Installation of PCI Ethernet Network Card adapter.
Surge Protector Strip required (we need to plug in One (1) Device).
